  • WhatsApp: if you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number and message content.
  • Booking: name, email address, desired design, and any remarks.

  • To respond to your enquiry or schedule your appointment.
  • To inform you about your appointment (confirmation, reminder).
  • To improve our services.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary. Contact form data is stored for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is stored in accordance with legal retention periods (7 years for tax administration).

5. Do we share your data?

We do not share your data with third parties unless necessary for our services or legally required. We use:

  • Vercel: website hosting (EU servers).
  • Sanity: content management system.
  • Google Ads Conversion API: we use server-side conversion tracking to measure form and appointment submissions. No cookies are placed; only the action is anonymously sent to Google.

6. Cookies

Our website only uses functional cookies necessary for the operation of the site. We do not place tracking or marketing cookies in your browser.

For our Google Ads campaigns, we measure conversions server-side: when you submit a form or request an appointment, our servers send an anonymous signal to Google. No cookies are placed on your device.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
